We assume everyone who books with us has read the following terms and conditions and agrees to them, if you have any questions please let us know and we will answer them.
For parents with young children
We have a small stream and pond onsite and you must supervise young children at all times when they are in the car park and garden
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total cost will secure your booking. Please note you do not have a confirmed booking with us until a deposit is paid. We take payments by card or cheque.
Balance payments
The balance is payable prior to departure. The balance may be paid by card, cheque or cash.
Cancellations
28 days notice of cancellation is required. The full balance remains due unless we are able to fill the beds.
Arrival times and check out times
Check in time is 1500-2100. We can arrange a later check in but please contact us by 1800 if you anticipate a late arrival. Check out time is 10.30 am.
We ask that guests are mindful of others who have gone to bed and ask that noise is kept to a minimum between 11.00pm and 7.00am unless you have booked exclusive use of the hostel
Wifi
We have wifi but this is not guaranteed as it can be a bit hit or miss.
